Job Overview
The Senior Consultant – Managed Services (Technical) is responsible for the technical ownership of customer environments under managed service contracts. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, the ability to engage directly with clients, and accountability for service quality, stability, and continual improvement.
The consultant acts as a senior escalation point, provides technical leadership, and ensures managed services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs and best practices.
Job Description:
Implement and maintainsecure coding standards to mitigate secure coding vulnerabilities.
Analyze, detect, and respond to cyber threats through real-time monitoring and proactive defense strategies.
Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk evaluations to identify and mitigate security issues.
Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and frameworks based on NIST, ISO 27001, and other industry standards.
