Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Tier 2 Managed Services Engineer to design, implement, and support complex B2B network environments. This role is a bridge between standard support and high-level engineering, requiring a deep understanding of SD-WAN, Networking and Voice technologies alongside a commitment to operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Design & Implementation: Lead the technical delivery of B2B T2 level solutions, including SD-WAN, MPLS, SASE, and Carrier Grade Circuits.
Vendor Management: Oversee hardware and service configurations for diverse vendors (Cisco, ADTRAN, Juniper, CATO, VeloCloud).
Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex routing issues involving OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, and SDWAN.
Voice Engineering: Configure and troubleshoot SIP, PRI, Hosted PBX, and Fax over IP services.
