You’ve already built or run a managed services function. You know the operational reality, the service logic, and what it takes to keep customers happy. Now comes the rarer opportunity: taking full ownership of the managed services business that a 15-year-old Google Cloud and AI solution partner is actively building into something much bigger.

The role at a glance

• What you’ll do: You’d take full ownership of Managed Services products, operations and business: running it day-to-day, shaping the service portfolio, and building a clear 2–3-year vision for where it goes next.
• Where: Hybrid and flexible. Work from Gapps’ Helsinki HQ in Kalasatama or remotely from anywhere in Finland. Real presence with the team, customers, and leadership is expected, but there is no rigid office requirement.
