Successful candidates will have strong project management skills, deep Salesforce expertise, and a proven track record of managing complex and dynamic workloads across multiple projects. You'll serve mission-driven organizations by delivering continuous support and optimization of their core Salesforce platform, handling everything from user issue resolution, proactive system health checks, declarative platform configuration, and collaborating on major strategic improvements.

Location: Virtual – Home-based office in Canada.
