Management Accountant - Financial Analyst

1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
2. Preferably with experience in management accounts, budgeting, and cost analysis.
3. Exposure to plantation, land management, utilities, or government linked organizations (GLC) is an added advantage.
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
5. Ability to interpret financial data and prepare clear, concise reports for management.
6. Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability.
7. Accurate and detail-oriented in financial calculations.
8. Ability to prepare:
   1. Monthly management accounts
   2. Variance analysis
   3. Costing reports
   4. Cashflow updates
   5. Monthly closing and reporting cycles
   6. Periodic management reviews
