Management Accountant

Job responsibilities

• Oversee Credit Control function which includes evaluating new customer credit profiles, assess and recommend credit limits and payment terms, conduct periodic credit reviews and present the Trade Receivables Aging to Management on a monthly basis.
• Check and verify payment voucher to ensure accuracy and ensure all supporting documents are in order and properly approved prior to payment.
• Prepare Board Papers for Board of Directors' meeting held every quarterly (i.e. Summary of Accounts Receivables, detailed breakdown of impaired receivables, legal cases update, explanatory notes and other ad hoc matters).
• Prepare and compile Company's Scorecard.
• Oversaw the review, control, and compliance of Limits of Authority and Integrity Policies across the company.
• Maintain and update the Risk Profile and Risk Register of the Company after the Risk Management Meeting held every bi-annually.
