Management Accountant

As a MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT of AMAKA and BARBOOKS, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Operational Duties

• Ensure all financial functions across the businesses are completed with accuracy and within required timeframes;
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Payroll (including STP and superannuation)
• General data entry and reconciliation of accounts
• General financial reporting (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Special purpose financial reporting (e.g. Sales reports, expense reports, other bespoke business specific financial reports).
• Budgeting
• Business Insurance renewals
• Preparation / drafting of relevant taxation and compliance financial documents and reports (e.g. Activity Statement Reports, Annual Accounts, VAT returns).
