Job Description

TP Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a leading Townsville-based community services organisation to recruit an experienced MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT. 

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Management Accountant plays a critical role in supporting the organisation’s financial performance and strategic objectives. Working closely with operational leaders and a dedicated finance team, this role ensures accurate reporting, sound financial management, and continuous improvement across finance systems and processes. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare accurate and timely management reports with meaningful commentary to support decision-making. 
  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles to ensure robust financial planning. 
  • Partner with business units to support cost control, financial modelling, and profitability analysis.
