MANAGEMENT ANALYST (MANPOWER)

Summary You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Manpower Management Branch of COMMANDER US NAVAL FORCES EUROPE. Responsibilities You will be responsible for implementing, developing, and administering Total Force Manpower Management Programs for NAVEUR/NAVAF and SIXTHFLT along with subordinate commands. You will be responsible for planning, developing, validating and administering all military and civilian manpower programs for assigned activities. You will maintain the Activity Manning Document (AMD) for assigned activities/Unit Identification Codes (UICs). You will ensure adherence to manpower policy regarding billet quality and rules of compensation. You will be responsible for verification of billets and structuring these billets to conform to mobilization requirements.
