MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYSIS OFFICER

Summary You will serve as the Director for Manpower and Personnel in the, Personnel Directorate, N1 of COMMANDER SUBMARINE FORCE PACIFIC. Responsibilities You will be responsible for administering manpower and budget programs and supervising the Force Individual Augmentation program. You will act as a liaison between staff and upper management, delegate work, monitor progress, and serve as a technical advisor. You will conduct studies and analyses of military end-strength programs to ensure they align with manpower requirements. You will oversee the administration of civilian personnel manning, including classification, placement, performance management, award and recognition, and workforce development. You will apply position management principles and techniques to help select, place, and develop employees.
