Management and Program Analyst (Student Eligibility)

Summary About the Position: Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) Europe operates 64 schools in 4 Districts located in 8 countries across 4 time zones. There are nearly 900,000 military connected children of all ages worldwide, of which nearly 25,000 are enrolled in DoWEA Europe schools. Federal employees in Sembach, Germany are currently entitled to receive a 42% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary (rate subject to change). Responsibilities Write and interpret Federal policy on the implementation of the eligibility program. Conduct compliance checks and recommend corrective action plans. Maintain accountability of registration records and eligibility determinations. Serve as technical advisor to the Chief of Staff on matters relating to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests submitted by or pertaining to the Department of War.
