Management and Program Analyst

Summary This position is located in the Farm Service Agency, Associate Administrator, Office of Management and Strategy. The primary purpose of the work is to serve as an expert on budget formulation, execution, and analyses of substantive personnel and program issues in a complex and dynamic agency. Responsibilities Initiates and formulates the execution of policy and procedures and directives for implementation and interprets regulations to ensure statutory compliance. Researches and identifies new program concepts and techniques. Researches and investigates new or improved business management practices for application to agency and program operations. Represents the Division at high level internal and external meetings and organizations dealing with interrelated divisional programs, analysis and structuring.
