Management and Program Analyst

Summary The incumbent serves as the Management & Program Analyst (Project Manager - PM) on a Facilities Project Management team in the Facilities Directorate and is the primary point of contact for assigned VBA field stations and actively participates in the execution of a wide variety of project management activities to ensure that field stations are managing their projects' time, cost, and scope in accordance with planned estimates and objectives. Responsibilities Specific duties include: Provides mastery in space and program planning to develop project requirements for renovations/construction. Manages programs, operations, policies, and objectives in accordance with Federal Property Management Regulations, capital investment processes, legislative and regulatory policy, and their effect on project initiatives.
