About the Program:
Sime Darby Property's Management Associate Program (MAP) is designed to develop future leaders through structured job rotations, hands-on learning, and leadership exposure. Over the course of the program, Management Associates (MAs) will gain in-depth experience across key business functions, preparing them for impactful careers in the property development and investment industry.

As a Management Associate, you will:
