Role Overview:
We are seeking a forward-thinking Management Associate to bridge business operations and technology. You will work closely with operations, data, and AI teams to automate workflows, improve processes, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the finance industry, while building strong domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Automation: Partner with Data and AI teams to automate and streamline end-to-end operational flows (e.g., order capture, settlement, reconciliations, portfolios and ledger updates).
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable, technology-driven solutions.
