Management Associate

The Management Associate Program is a structured, 24‑month leadership development program designed to identify and prepare high‑potential early‑career talents for future managerial and specialist roles within the organization. The program provides exposure to core business functions through rotational assignments. These rotations are intended to build broad organizational understanding, strengthen analytical and decision‑making capabilities, and develop operational and leadership competencies.
The program follows a blended learning approach, integrating on‑the‑job experience, coaching and mentoring, and structured training. Development efforts align with organizational priorities and are supported by senior leaders across the business.
