Management Associate - Underwriting (July 2026 Intake)

**Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:**

Assist UWs on tasks such as:

+ Manage the UW team mailbox, and allocation of quotes among underwriters
+ Assess the risk of Micro SME quotes
+ Prepare Table of Benefits for renewals and new business inceptions for corporate and SME
+ Perform legal check on new quote census.
+ Screen SME and corporate groups before allocation.
+ Generate reports from system and do the needful formatting
+ Liaise with sales team to manage expectations on quote TATs
+ Participate in problem solving activities to define problems, identify root causes, suggest solutions for continuous improvements of processes and procedures to work more efficiently and effectively
+ Utilize and adhere to internal guidelines and procedures to ensure that all assigned work is processed in timely manner and meet compliant standards
+ Support underwriters in other tasks, as needed
