You like to work in teams to find analytical, practical and creative solutions to complex problems. Furthermore, you can successfully execute (partial) projects independently and like to regularly spar with colleagues.
You are able to manage (smaller) teams, you have gained a clear picture of your specialism in your previous job(s) and you know where you want to grow.
