A) About the Role:

• Candidate should be able to assist in execution of assignments in Accounting, Finance, Audit and Taxation related matters (experience with utilities in power sector preferable). The person shall be aware of accounts and finance related updates in the Country. He should be aware of the relevant Companies Act/ Income Tax Act/ Accounting Standards /Rules/Laws relating to finance, audit and accounts. He should be also aware of laws and policies for taxation in the Country. The person should have assisted in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual accounts for large size companies ((experience with utilities in power sector preferable). The person should be aware of the statutory audit / cost audit and other relevant audits that are undertaken by Companies in the Country.
