Requirements: 
You should have: 
a Master degree in Engineering, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience including past experience in healthcare industry 
strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
project management skills. 
leadership and team management abilities. 
technical expertise in relevant fields, such as industrial engineering, operations research, or manufacturing. 
knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
