What you'll be doing

1. Lead and supervise overall kitchen and service operations during assigned shifts.
2. Ensure kitchen and service crews follow SOPs and complete tasks efficiently and on time.
3. Provide clear instructions, guidance, and basic training to both kitchen and service staff.
4. Prepare, cook, and serve food according to company standards and customer orders.
5. Ensure food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are consistently met.
6. Monitor cleanliness of kitchen, service areas, equipment, and workstations.
7. Check food and service accuracy before serving to customers. <...
