We are seeking a highly skilled MIS & Recruitment Reporting Specialist to join our Recruitment Department. This critical role combines management information systems (MIS), data analysis, strategic reporting, and the administration of recruitment tools to ensure optimal department efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing Power BI dashboards, providing strategic recruitment insights, managing the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and handling recruitment document management processes.
