The Competency-Driven Growth Office (CDGO) drives the Public Service’s shift towards Competency-Driven Growth (CDG) — a framework that anchors workforce development, career growth, and people decisions on competencies (skills, knowledge, and behaviours).
CDGO works closely with PSD Clusters and HR Leaders (HRLs) in agencies to drive the key CDG priorities for 2026.
As a CDGO Intern, you will be part of a small, hands-on team working at the intersection of policy design, operations and data.
