Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

We’re seeking management instructors to help evaluate AI systems trained on organizational behavior, leadership, and decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Review management and leadership scenarios used in AI training.
• Evaluate reasoning related to teams, incentives, and organizational structure.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions or weak decision logic.
• Provide structured feedback to improve managerial reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior and management theory.
• Able to clearly evaluate decision-making and tradeoffs.
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and recommendations.
