Management Team, Day Camps

RESPONSIBILITIES

Applicants will be asked to indicate the management role(s) they are interested in as part of the application process.

Extended Care Coordinator

·Organize and coordinate all aspects of Extended Care programming, including staff scheduling, purchasing supplies, and planning special events.

·Track and submit Extended Care staff hours to the Supervisor, Day Camps.

·Act as a parent liaison during drop‑off and pick‑up, welcoming families, providing information, and fostering positive relationships.

Medical Liaison

·Provide immediate care, assessment, and first aid to campers, and determine when referral to the Health Centre is required.

·Review camper medical files and communicate with the Health Centre regarding specific health needs.

·Ensure all first aid kits are fully stocked and supplies are maintained.
