Management Trainee

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee at TAPA KING INC'. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for learning all aspects of store operations and management, with the goal of developing the skills and knowledge to become a successful store manager.

What you'll be doing

1. Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn all facets of store operations, including customer service, inventory management, financial reporting, and staff supervision
2. Assist the store manager with daily operations and decision-making
3. Develop leadership and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a team of store associates
4. Contribute to the implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant store operations
5. Collaborate with the district manager and regional team to identify and implement strategies for improving store performance
