Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 3 years of Professional Managerial Experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership potential
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Bisaya, English, and Tagalog
- Willing to undergo 6-month training in Diliman, Quezon City, before deployment to Bohol Branch
Key Responsibilities:
- Support management in daily operations and administrative tasks
- Rotate through departments to learn business functions and workflows
- Prepare reports, track operations, and maintain accurate records
- Attend meetings and contribute to team initiatives
- Shadow managers to learn decision-making and leadership skills
- Handle customer concerns professionally and support quality service
