Job Description
- Assist in maintaining HR databases (HRIS) and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support leave and attendance management processes.
- Handle employee documentation — offer letters, confirmations, transfers, etc.
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related administrative tasks.
- Support in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
- Coordinate exit formalities including clearance, documentation, and feedback.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing by providing and verifying employee data.
- Support benefits administration such as health insurance, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure timely updates of salary changes, attendance, and other payroll inputs.
