What you'll be doing

• Participate in comprehensive training programs to gain a deep understanding of our brand's strategy, marketing initiatives, and business operations
• Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. ensure that employees follow SOPs & implementing new policies)
• Understand each department's (e.g. Event, In Store, Creative, Account, HR, ES, Operations) daily processes and goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective brand-building campaigns
