Management Trainee

Job Summary

The Management Trainee supports regional sales and distribution performance by monitoring key performance indicators, ensuring effective route-to-market execution, and assisting in the implementation of strategic initiatives. The role is responsible for consolidating regional reports, analyzing business performance, and driving continuous improvement projects to help achieve regional targets and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance measurement: Assure attainment of Region KPIs by putting a system that sets realistic but stretched targets and monitor it on a monthly basis.
• Route to Market: Ensure proper execution of the RTM plans. Identify issues and opportunities and recommend strategic solutions.
• Special Projects: Execution of Region special projects (Agua Vida 5G, Trade Developer implementation, Call Center improvements, PPS route reconfiguration, BDS Transition)
