Job Summary
In this position, the candidate will be given the opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required in various functions under the guidance of experienced personnel. Comprehensive training will include duties in several departments.
Job Description
Training program and meeting participation: participate in a comprehensive training program and meeting schedules that covers various aspects of manufacturing process, including production, quality control, supply chain management, technical support, product development, safety procedures and etc.
Rotation through department: Rotate through different departments within the manufacturing facility to gain exposure to various functions such as production management, inventory management, operations management, research and development, process improvement and etc.
