ESE Textile Sourcing is seeking a motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience across yarns, fabrics, home textiles, and garments, while supporting sourcing, product development, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with suppliers and production teams
Follow up on sampling, quality, and order execution
Support product development and documentation
Maintain reports and internal coordination
Assist in sourcing yarns, fabrics, home textiles, and garments
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Textile, Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
0–2 years' experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
Knowledge of yarns, fabrics, home textiles & garments
Strong communication and MS Office skills
Proactive and eager to learn
