Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – ESE Textile

ESE Textile Sourcing is seeking a motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience across yarns, fabrics, home textiles, and garments, while supporting sourcing, product development, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers and production teams
• Follow up on sampling, quality, and order execution
• Support product development and documentation
• Maintain reports and internal coordination
• Assist in sourcing yarns, fabrics, home textiles, and garments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Textile, Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
• 0–2 years' experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
• Knowledge of yarns, fabrics, home textiles & garments
• Strong communication and MS Office skills
• Proactive and eager to learn
