Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

Exposure & Support

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned activation or marketing projects
• Support the team in preparing reports, tracking timelines, and handling project documentation
• Participate in on-site fieldwork to understand ground operations and client expectations
• Help ensure that project guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines are met

People Management Training

• Learn the basics of labor planning, team supervision, and performance evaluation
• Shadow area supervisors and managers to understand operational dynamics
• Assist in coordinating staff schedules and monitoring team compliance

Client & Internal Coordination

• Join client meetings or internal planning sessions to learn project scoping and execution
• Coordinate with support teams (e.g. HR, Admin, Logistics) to understand the project life cycle
