Management Trainee

The Management Trainee Program (MTP) is a months immersive training program aimed to expose the trainees in the operational and functional aspect of the business of Virginia Farms Inc. It utilizes diversified learning interventions intended to develop well-rounded leaders in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the structured training program to gain knowledge about the company- it's organizational history, the Vision-Mission and Values it wished to uphold, it's policies, operations, and procedures.
• Work closely with the Business Unit Managers/Department Managers to learn more about the affiliate businesses, how they operate and how connected they are to each other
• Assist in the execution of various projects and initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional team members
