JOB SUMMARY:
A Food Group Management Trainee(MT), undergoes a comprehensive training program designed to prepare the MT for a leadership role in the food and beverage industry. The MT gains hands-on experience in all aspects of food and beverage operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals looking to grow their career in hospitality management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Training and Development:
· Participate in a structured training program covering all key areas of food and beverage management, including guest service, team leadership, inventory control, cost management, and quality assurance.
· Shadow senior management and team members to learn about the daily operations, from opening to closing shifts.
