Department Store Management Trainee is responsible for supervising the department's overall performance, including personnel management, workflow optimization, merchandise monitoring, and visual displays.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/related field (e.g., Management, Finance, Marketing)
• Supervisory experience is an advantage but not required
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Product/consumer trend knowledge
• Marketing strategy understanding
