+ Participate in and coordinate production improvement projects, responsible for project process advancement.

+ English communication skills, assisting supervisors/manager and group personnel.

+ Completing standard English forms.

+ Production process/external personnel support, communication, and coordination.

+ Report directly to the department manager and plan career development.

+ Ability to learn, withstand pressure, adapt to challenging environments, and thrive in challenging situations.

+ Passion for the production floor and the ability to work on the front lines.

+ Reading and understanding of manufacturing instructions and procedures.
