Management Trainee Program

Job purpose:

We're looking for 10 global management trainees for a Fortune 500 company in EMS industry. The global management trainees will have global perspective in this company, it will participate in the global management trainee program in Shenzhen manufacturing factory , understand the key manufacturing process and know how to build & operate a manufacturing factory from scratch. The global management trainee will have the opportunity to work in different countries especially in APAC countries in term of the company's business need and career development objectives after management trainee program.

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in the global management trainee program in Shenzhen manufacturing factory.

2. On the job training for different engineering roles in the manufacturing factory.

3. Regularly report to the global management team about the learning status and individual insights.
