Management Trainee

About the role:

Waltermart Supermarket Inc. is looking for an ambitious and driven Management Trainee - for Channels (Yellow Store). Will be responsible for the Day to Day Operations and Sales Building Programs of Grabmart, Pandamart and all other future partner aggregators under the Yellow Store vertical. to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing:

• Work with management on implementing channels Sales & marketing strategy, and development.
• Plan and Work with Partner Marketing teams for regular Marketing Activities and Execution, Craft promotions and/or determine which promotions to join
• Work with Merchandising team for Channel Catalogue and Mix Optimization and Strategy
• Function as main Point of Contact and coordinator to manage relationships with Channels and Marketplace partners
• Work with platform partners on planning and execution of marketplace/channel promotions to maximize growth
