• Manage daily operations of an outlet
• Achieve/exceed the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) given by the Management
• Monthly roster planning/adjustments
• Monthly sales planning and implementation
• Record attendance and calculate payroll
• Enforce discipline and motivate employees
• Training and coaching sales team
• Able to trace reasons for inventory or money shortfalls
• POS / NETS / CREDIT CARD machine operation and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure outlet clean and tidy
• Ensure stocks and resources are promptly ordered and replenished
