Rotational Job Roles – work at all outlets to help reduce operational issues and ease the management workload. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) : Learn and implement SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency in business operations. Business Strategy and Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing business strategies and initiatives, working closely with senior management to drive company goals and objectives.

Depends on performance; final work position will be finalized after probation.
