Management Trainee

Overview

This position's main responsibility is to support the General Manager and operations in day-to-day operational activities and understand the Company's strategic goals and missions.

Responsibilities

1. Rotate through different departments within the operations to gain exposure to various functions such as business development, tenancy management, project management, supply chain and etc.
2. Understand Company's vision and business objectives and keep track of business performance to plan short-term and long-term strategic direction of the business operations activities.
3. Travel to outlets and participate in daily operations as and when required.
4. Conduct market research and identify opportunities for business growth and expansion. Produce plans and strategies to capitalize on identified opportunities.
