Job Summary

The Management Trainee is responsible for the store's sales program is implemented and monitored. Cost management activities are evaluated to control expenses related to food, paper, utilities, and supplies. Quality is maintained through FSC plans, GSC compliance, and customer complaint resolution. People management involves designing and evaluating office systems, monitoring service provider performance, and implementing the Crew Learning System. Shift management includes overseeing production, service, and administrative tasks.
