Key Responsibilities:

• Rotational Job Roles - will work at all outlets to help reduce operational issues and ease the management workload.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Learn and implement SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency in business operations.
• Business Strategy and Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing business strategies and initiatives, working closely with senior management to drive company goals and objectives.
• depends on performance, will finalize final work position after probation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder or its equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to speak chinese are preferred(female only)
• Must possess own transport to travel to branch when required.
• Able to manage the operations and administration of each newly opened branch
• Fast learners with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
