Job Description
The Day-to-Day Activities:
- Build relationships/partnerships with merchants and manage their performance on GrabMart.
- Manage an account management team by leading, coaching, and supporting through technical & commercial knowledge, communication transparency, winning spirit, and performance acknowledgment.
- Keep abreast of the market and industry situation and competitor activity in order to revise and develop strategies to meet market changes and merchants' requirements.
