Job Description
Financial Management
Oversee daily accounting operations (receivables, payables, ledger, payroll).
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions.
Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Present financial reports to senior management.
Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare annual budgets.
Monitor expenses and ensure cost control.
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results.
Tax & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
Prepare and file tax returns (Sales Tax, Income Tax, etc.).
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
