Job Description

  1. Assist the Senior Manager in providing technical and strategic support for the implementation of various company-wide business projects. This includes product and process reviews, business retention and solutioning, medical repricing project, regulatory change requirements, system upgrade initiatives, and other business initiatives.
  2. Lead actuarial related projects in collaboration other departments (Operations, IT and Marketing) to ensure alignment with the company's vision and successful project execution and provide regular updates on project progression to the Senior Manager.
  3. Lead comprehensive analyses of the company's claims, persistency, and expense experiences. Develop detailed management reports to facilitate a deeper understanding and support informed decision-making processes.
