Manager Administration-Female:
Educational Qualification: MBA Administration/Management Master's degree (mandatory).
Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Managerial Role
OR at least 2 years as Manager Administration Role
OR 3+ years as Assistant Manager Administration/ Administration Officer Role
Industry Expertise: Experience in Vendor Management, Quotation Management, BOQ preparation, Feasibility Reports, LOIs. PO's, Internal & External Audit, Fixed Asset Management, Annual Report, Budgeting, Requisition Management, Proposal Management, Project Management
Skill Set: Strong background in core general administration preferably in a Not-for-Profit Organization, strong organizational and time management abilities, robust knowledge of office procedures and policies including Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good command over English both verbal and written, Strong drafting and proof-reading skills.
