Manager, Admissions & Student Success

To lead the strategic alignment between ScholarBee’s partner universities and its student user base. This role focuses on optimizing the end-to-end enrollment funnel—from the initial scholarship search to successful university placement and long-term academic retention.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Enrollment Management: Develop and implement data-driven recruitment plans and market analysis to drive student enrollment through the ScholarBee platform.
• University Partnerships & Process Design: Design comprehensive admissions processes that align Scholarbee’s digital workflow with the internal requirements of partner institutions.
• Student Success & Advising: Act as the primary point of contact for student queries, grievances, and academic counseling to ensure a high application-to-admission conversion rate.
